Cindy Gold, Licensed Assistant and Broker, is an absolutely invaluable coordinator in all aspects. Cindy takes and implements all of the “Hurd Real Estate Results” marketing including property listing coordination, newspaper, magazine, internet and unique campaign advertising projects created to suit our client’s individual needs.


Transaction & Closing Management:


Chuck Hurd & Cindy Gold handle the coordination with all parties including Escrow, Title, Appraisal, Termite, Inspections, Lender, Buyer, Seller, Listing and Buyer Agents; a portion of the 32 + people to coordinate with in a single transaction.


Mortgage Financing:


Prequalification is key to a smooth transaction closing. Having extensive lending background I have handpicked lenders that have been exemplary in every way.

CAR of which we are a member offer legal assistance for contract issues allowing us to phone an attorney on virtually any real estate issue. Additionally, our brokerage has legal affiliation and a Errors and Omissions policy in place.
